CA Mentorship Program
The CA mentorship program at Tata Communications will provide aspiring Chartered Accountants with hands-on corporate exposure, mentorship from industry leaders, and an opportunity to work on impactful projects that shape the future of digital connectivity.
• Gain insight & exposure across various functions of finance during a period of * months to a year.
• Assigned projects/assignments across various finance verticals including Treasury, Financial Reporting and analysis, Fixed Asset, Taxation direct and indirect.
• Directly mentored by one of our esteemed finance leaders and interact with all other finance leaders.
Post completion of the program period, a formal review of the candidate will be done, and the candidate will be placed, considering the available positions and candidate's area of interest.
