Job Description
Chartered Accountant - must have working knowledge in Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Audit, Accounting, Finance, and MIS.
We are a growing CA firm looking to hire Chartered Accountants for managing the major important clientele of the firm.
Requirement: -
Excellent communication & leadership quality should be capable to handle 5-7 articles & employees team.
High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Functions / Role
1. Observe due compliance of Accounting Standards and Finalization of accounts
2. Ensure compliance with local commercial laws i.e. Income Tax,/GST.
3. Conversant with accounting standards, Indian GAAP, modern accounting systems & procedures and provisions of Income Tax Act, GST and other statutory laws
4. Preparing MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance viz fund management, Preparation of MIS for the Group of Companies, developing management reporting and dashboards besides MIS.
5. Computation of provision for tax, computation of provision for deferred tax assets / liabilities, tax reconciliation for group reporting on quarterly basis and ensuring timely payment of advance tax.
6. Review of Tax Audit schedules/details and ensuring completion of Tax Audit within the allowed time-frame
7. Preparing Chart of Advance Tax on Quarterly basis of all the clients.
8. Review of financial statements with respect to Advance Tax calculations.
+. Appearing for Scrutiny Assessments & Appeals in Income Tax, Sales Tax. Review and preparation of replies to notices
