We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Level 2, Level 3 or above Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS framework.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children’s development and learning.
Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, keeping accurate and up-to-date records.
Work in partnership with parents/carers, building strong relationships and sharing progress.
Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for all children.
Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and other nursery policies and procedures.
Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to the overall success of the setting.
Requirements:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
A good understanding of the EYFS, child development, and safeguarding practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, proactive, and flexible approach.
A genuine passion for working with young children.
Desirable:
Paediatric First Aid qualification.
Up-to-date Safeguarding and Child Protection training.
Knowledge of SEND support and inclusive practices.
