Duties
Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 0-5 years.
Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.
Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment conducive to learning.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education are met.
Support children's social and emotional development through effective communication and guidance.
Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play sessions.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance.
Skills
Strong management and leadership abilities to guide a team effectively.
Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
A solid understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A nurturing approach with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
