Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Quality Analyst at Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. located in Chennai. As a Call Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and evaluating the quality of calls to ensure adherence to company standards. You will provide feedback and coaching to customer service representatives to improve call quality and customer satisfaction.
