Description
1. Audit and Review:
○ Conduct audits of doctor calls to evaluate their compliance with established protocols
and guidelines.
○ Assess the quality of consultations based on specific parameters set by Traya.
○ Ensure that all interactions adhere to ethical standards and medical best practices.
2. Feedback and Improvement:
○ Provide detailed and constructive feedback to doctors based on audit findings.
○ Identify areas of improvement and recommend training or resources to enhance the
quality of consultations.
○ Work closely with the medical team to implement feedback and improve overall service
delivery.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
○ Maintain accurate records of all audits conducted and feedback provided.
○ Generate regular reports on audit findings, trends, and areas requiring attention.
○ Collaborate with the quality assurance team to refine audit parameters and processes.
Qualifications:
● Degree in Ayurveda or Allopathy from a recognized institution.
● Valid medical license to practice in India
● Freshers are also welcome
● Strong understanding of medical ethics, patient confidentiality, & quality assurance principles.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
