Quality Check of Overall Process.
Should have hands-on experience on sales
Should be good at identifying the issues and putting them in a format
Should have a good understanding of the SOPs
Should have good understanding about CRM.
Should have good EXCEL and MS OFFICE skills
Should be experience in Process analysis/ understand Process adherence and Tech Adherence.
Should be able to Audit/ QC check on varies departments on defined parameters.
Should have rich understanding of Data, data mining and reporting.
Experience:
1-2 years of Experience in Quality Check Overall Process
Experience into understanding about Customer Realationship Mangement
Experience into Audit/Reporting/Call Validation or call Monitoring QC check on varies departments on defined parameters
Experience in Process analysis/ understand Process adherence and Tech Adherence
