Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor • Sorting and packaging of products Roles and Responsibilities:  Candidate must have smart personality, excellent communication skills with at least 3- 10years experience in jewellery retailing.  Receive and engage with the customer to understand the customer to understand the customer’s requirement.  Introduce the various products offering to the customers and facilitate customer buying decision.  Ensure proper and attractive display of the products at the appropriate counter.  Manage customer queries and complaints as per the company guidelines.  Assisting newly recruited or less experienced sales representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers. Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree preferred.  7-10 years experience in jewellery retailing (Diamond & Polki).  Strong negotiation and consultative skills.  Effective communication skills.  Problem solving and leadership skills.  Exceptional customer service skills. • It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
