Role Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Control Executive with a BSc in Agriculture to ensure that our agricultural products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and improving processes to maintain quality compliance.
Responsibilities:
Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures to meet industry standards.
Perform laboratory testing and analyze results to ensure product safety and compliance.
Document quality issues and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.
Quality inspection of crop at farmers field, poly house structure , fruit parameter testing.
Ensure compliance with GAP (Good Agricultural Practices), HACCP, and other relevant food safety standards.
Work closely with suppliers and vendors to maintain consistent quality.
Maintain proper records and generate quality reports for management review.
Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
BSc in Agriculture, Agronomy, Food Science, or a related field.
Freshers - 1 years of experience in quality control in the agriculture or food processing industry.
Strong knowledge of agriculture-based quality standards and testing protocols.
Experience with laboratory testing and data interpretation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality management.
