The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring our products and processes meet established quality standards through rigorous testing, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with industry and safety standards.
Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective/preventive action (CAPA) efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design reviews, audits, and failure investigations.
Create and manage documentation related to quality standards (e.g., FMEA, control plans, inspection criteria).
Perform internal audits and support external audits by regulatory bodies or clients.
Analyze quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure incoming materials meet specifications
