Job Description :-
• Audit RCM processes (AR, Prior Auth/EVBV) for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify process gaps and share feedback for improvement.
• Work with operations and training teams to enhance quality.
• Maintain audit reports and track key performance metrics.
• Support new projects and ensure adherence to client SLAs.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in RCM (AR or Prior Auth/EVBV)
• Prior experience as a Quality Auditor/Expert preferred
