Quality Inspector – GDC Casting (In-Process)
Conduct in-process inspections for GDC (Gravity Die Casting) components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform spectrochemical analysis to verify material composition.
Measure and evaluate casting hardness to ensure adherence to specified requirements.
Inspect casting dimensions to ensure conformity with design and engineering specifications.
Monitor and control the manufacturing process to identify and mitigate quality risks.
Maintain detailed records of inspection results and provide feedback to relevant teams.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement improvements.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of GDC casting processes and quality inspection techniques.
Proficiency in using tools like spectrometers and hardness testers.
Knowledge of dimensional inspection tools .
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹8,+15.+3 - ₹22,000.00 per month
