Your opportunity
Drive change that matters. We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Lead – Change Delivery Manager to lead the rollout of aged care reform across our Residential Care Homes. You’ll help teams embrace new processes and technologies that improve care and compliance — and make a real difference in people’s lives.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
Lead change planning and delivery across aged care reform projects.
Support staff through training, briefings, and transition to new ways of working.
Collaborate with leaders and project teams to embed change into business-as-usual.
Manage evidence and data to support compliance and quality outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement through insights and innovation.
What you'll bring
5+ years’ experience in change management.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in aged care, health or regulated environments.
Relevant tertiary qualifications and change management certification (e.g. PROSCI).
A passion for improving systems that support vulnerable communities.
