Quality Manager Battery Manufacturing Candidate Expectation: Experience: Minimum 3+ years in quality management within battery manufacturing. Languages Preferred: Tamil (high priority) & Hindi, English (Mandatory) Education: Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred). Key Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to SOPs throughout the entire production process. Monitor in-process quality control to detect and correct defects during manufacturing. Implement testing procedures to verify product performance and safety. Document and enforce SOPs, ensuring the production team follows quality guidelines. Train and guide factory staff on quality standards and best practices.
