Hiring for Juniors and Seniors in Accounts dept for Canada clients:

The ideal candidate will be involved in accounting with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, and monthly & yearly financial preparations, etc. for Canadian, USA, and Indian clients. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, corporate client communication in English, and strong business acumen.
Skills
• Accounting fundamentals should be very strong
• Computer tools such as MS Excel, Chrome, Adobe, internet, computer functions, etc.
• Software knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, Receipt Bank, Hubdoc, SAGE, CCH, IRIS, Caseware
• Fluent corporate client communication in English
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodical reports
Responsibilities
• Data entries, Bank/CC/Paypal transactions entries
• Bank reconciliation
• Bills and invoices recording into accounting software
• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
• Prepare GST/sales tax documents
• Compile and analyze/review financial statements
• Client communication in English with CPA, business owners, executives, etc.
• Preparing multiple reports in Excel through Pivot, Lookup, Filter, Macro, etc.
