We Are Hiring: R2R Specialist (Accountant) – Bangalore (Hybrid)
???? Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid Work Model)

Position: R2R Specialist (Accountant)
???? Reports To: Finance Manager – Shared Services Center (SSC)
???? Preferred Experience: Prior experience in a global organization and working knowledge of Oracle ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Month-End & Year-End Closing:
✔ Assist in month-end and year-end close processes for multiple entities.
✔ Prepare and review weekly revenue and cost forecasts.
✔ Perform commercial analysis for the investment team, including vendor spend and rebate management.
✔ Handle intercompany billing and collections queries.
✔ Oversee commission accounting, preparation, and reporting.
✔ Ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliations across various global regions.
Financial & Treasury Management:
✔ Support the treasury cycle, including cash flow forecasting, FX management, and payment approvals.
✔ Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls for regulatory compliance.
✔ Assist in the preparation of audit schedules for annual reviews.
Other Accounting & Reporting Responsibilities:
✔ Journal entries for accruals and prepayments, with documentation.
✔ Conduct monthly campaign profitability analysis.
✔ Manage treasury operations, bank reconciliations, and discrepancy resolutions.
✔ Validate and update deferral and amortization schedules.
✔ Process and report monthly commission payments.
✔ Handle ad hoc financial reporting as required.
Knowledge & Compliance Milestones:
✔ Maintain organized balance sheet activity documentation.
✔ Prepare and assist in month-end closing checklists.
✔ Work on budgeting and forecasting.
✔ Review expense submissions for accuracy, approvals, and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
✅ 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in a global organization.
✅ Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Oracle ERP systems (preferred).
✅ Experience in advertising or media industry is a plus.
✅ Ability to work independently and handle multiple finance functions.
