POSITION: Ramp Service Agent Do you desire to: Assist with customer service issues
Assist passengers with special needs
Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts
Receive, process, store and load or unload cargo
Process inbound and outbound mail shipments
Process various reports and computer data input
Interface with customers in person, by email, or over the phone
Complete other duties as required by management

Perform basic computer functions and operations
Lift 70 pounds
Operate telephone, email, and internal based programs
