Responsibilities
Production Management:
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products effectively.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize production workflows.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Operations Management
• Oversee the overall operations of the production floor, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient resource utilization.
• Implement and maintain quality control systems to guarantee product consistency and defect-free garments.
• Manage and motivate production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor production costs and identify areas for improvement.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all Minimum 3+ years of experience in a production or operations management role within the garment industry, preferably focused on woven garments.
• Demonstrated experience in managing production processes for blazers, suits, trousers, and shirts.
• Strong understanding of garment construction techniques and quality control procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to process improvement
