We are seeking a Project Manager to lead our Video Technician team and Product Development teams at Aroma 360. This is a newly created role that will help ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and budget goals. You will act as a bridge between technical and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and adjust timelines and budgets as needed.
• Team Coordination: Facilitate communication between technical and creative teams, integrating technical expertise with innovative ideas. Coordinate activities between R&D, marketing, manufacturing, and other departments
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide project updates, manage risks, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Innovation and Problem-Solving: Drives innovation, addresses technical challenges, and encourages creative solutions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintains project documentation and prepares status reports.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in technical project management, ideally in consumer products.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and familiarity with industry standards.
• Strong technical knowledge of PCBs, motherboards, LED modules, and UI/software development.
• Experience in product development, with a blend of technical and creative thinking skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and facilitate communication between technical and creative roles.
