• Should have a good knowledge of end-to-end travel management, customers offsite/events planning.
• Develop key relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to uplift customer experience.
• Budget planning & Cost Analysis
• Process Orientation & SOP adherence along with Audit Compliance
• Vendor Management & Negotiations.
• Ensure process compliance to be followed for travel domain including creation of processes, wherever required.
• Ensure proper SOP(s) are being maintained for travel operations.
• Managing Corporate MICE
