Aujourd’hui, nous cherchons un·e Créateur·trice de contenu ultra branché·e réseaux sociaux, autonome et proactif·ve, capable de prendre une idée et de la transformer rapidement en contenu fort, engageant et actuel.

Tu vis sur TikTok et Instagram (un peu trop, peut-être).
Tu repères les tendances avant qu’elles explosent.
Et surtout, tu n’attends pas qu’on te dise quoi faire : tu proposes, tu testes, tu publies.
TON RÔLE

Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec un consultant externe pour déployer, exécuter et améliorer une stratégie sociale afin d’accroître la communauté et l’engagement de Deux par Deux sur nos plateformes sociales. Dans ce rôle, vous devrez :

Création de contenu

Identifier les personas afin de comprendre quelles émotions résonnent le plus avec l’audience et les utiliser pour orienter la création de contenu.
Imaginer et écrire des concepts originaux conçus pour performer sur les plateformes sociales.
Produire du contenu photo et vidéo (prise de vue, éclairage, stylisme, direction visuelle).
Développer des accroches percutantes pour augmenter le taux d’accroche, les partages et les sauvegardes.
Monter, rythmer et optimiser le contenu pour chaque plateforme (TikTok, Instagram).
Adapter et réutiliser les contenus selon les formats et les meilleures pratiques de chaque plateforme.
Rester à l’affût des tendances, des nouveaux formats et des moments culturels.
S’assurer que la voix de marque et l’identité visuelle soient toujours respectées.
Gestion des réseaux sociaux

Planifier et gérer le calendrier éditorial des réseaux sociaux.
Publier les contenus et assurer la cohérence globale des plateformes.
Gérer les commentaires et messages privés (DMs) au nom de la marque.
Maintenir une voix de marque cohérente dans toutes les interactions.
Performance et stratégie

Suivre et analyser la performance des contenus et des plateformes.
Identifier ce qui fonctionne et proposer des optimisations.
Participer à l’évolution de la stratégie sociale et des piliers de contenu.

CE QUE TU APPORTES

2+ ans d’expérience en création de contenu et/ou gestion de réseaux sociaux.
Excellente connaissance des plateformes sociales et de leurs codes.
Solide expérience en production et postproduction (montage, adaptations).
À l’aise avec la photo, la vidéo et la lumière.
Maîtrise de la suite Adobe et/ou des outils de création intégrés aux plateformes.
Intérêt marqué ou expérience avec des outils d’IA appliqués à la création de contenu (idéation, génération visuelle, montage, optimisation) — un atout important.
Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

We’re looking for a social-first Content Creator who’s plugged into culture, takes initiative, and knows how to turn an idea into standout content — fast. This role is for someone who thrives in a dynamic, ever-moving environment and is comfortable owning the entire creative process.

THE ROLE

You will work together with an outside consultant to deploy, execute and improve on a social strategy in order to grow deux par deux’s following and engagement on our social platforms. In this role you will:

Content Creator

Identify personas to understand which emotions resonate most with the audience and use them to shape content
Ideate and script original concepts designed to perform on social platforms.
Produce photo and video content (shooting, lighting, styling, visual direction).
Develop compelling hooks to drive higher hook rates, shares and saves.
Edit, pace, and optimize content for each platform (TikTok, Instagram).
Adapt and repurpose assets based on platform formats and best practices.
Stay on top of trends, emerging formats, and cultural moments.
⁠Ensure brand voice and visual identity are always on point.
Social Media Management

Plan and manage the social media content calendar.
Publish content and ensure consistency across platforms.
Manage comments and direct messages (DMs) on brand accounts.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all interactions.
Performance & Strategy

Track and analyze the performance of content and social platforms.
Identify what works and recommend optimizations.
Contribute to the evolution of social media strategy and content pillars.

WHAT YOU BRING

2+ years of experience in content creation (agency, media, or brand side).
Strong understanding of social platforms and their codes.
Hands-on experience with production and post-production (editing, adaptations).
Comfortable shooting photo and video, with an eye for lighting and composition.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or native platform editing tools.
Interest in or experience with AI tools applied to content creation (ideation, visual generation, editing, optimization) — a strong plus
Excellent written and spoken French and English.
