Responsibilities

Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
Prepare property listings, including photographs, descriptions, and marketing materials.
Organize open houses and property showings to attract potential buyers or renters.
Manage administrative tasks related to transactions, including contracts, documentation, and compliance with legal requirements.
Provide property management services as needed to assist clients with rental properties.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance professional knowledge.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to clients.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in market analysis and understanding of real estate trends.
Negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients during transactions.
Familiarity with property management practices is advantageous.
A valid real estate license is required.
