Remote | 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Aligned to CDT)

We are working with a US-based investment firm focused on commercial real estate opportunities, operating with a lean, high-performance team and a strong track record in identifying and executing high-quality deals.
The team works closely on live investments, underwriting, and portfolio strategy, offering significant exposure to real-time decision-making.
About the Role
We’re looking for a high-ownership Real Estate Analyst who can go beyond spreadsheets—someone who can evaluate deals end-to-end, identify risks, and generate actionable insights.
What You’ll Do
• Build & analyze financial models (cash flows, IRR, projections)
• Conduct pre-acquisition due diligence
• Research markets, assets & comparable transactions
• Identify risks, gaps & opportunities in deal structures
• Support portfolio tracking & performance analysis
• Partner closely with leadership on live deals
What We’re Looking For
• Strong Excel & financial modeling expertise
• Experience in commercial real estate underwriting/analysis
• Ability to think critically & challenge assumptions
• Strong research skills & market understanding
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-driven
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, lean environment
Good to Have
• Exposure to US real estate markets
• Experience across asset classes
• Background in investment analysis / VC / PE / real estate funds
