Edutive is an NSW Fair Trading approved CPD training provider delivering a variety of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs to NSW Property Agents.
We are seeking an experienced, engaging and reliable Real Estate CPD Trainer to deliver accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses for licensed real estate professionals in New South Wales. The trainer will deliver courses both online (interactive webinar) and / or face-to-face, review and update course content, and assess participant learning outcomes. This role supports agents in meeting their NSW Fair Trading annual CPD requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
Deliver compelling, interactive CPD sessions for real estate licence holders in NSW, in person or via interactive webinar.
Ensure training meets NSW Fair Trading CPD delivery standards (interactive, with assessment activities included).
Manage flexible scheduling of sessions (weekday evenings and weekend times) to suit learner needs.
Content and Materials
Review, refine, and update course content to align with current industry regulations and CPD compulsory topics.
Prepare and maintain high-quality training materials, slides, exercises, and assessment tools.
Assessment and Compliance
Assess participant performance and ensure learning outcomes are met.
Provide clear feedback and assessment results as required.
Maintain accurate records of delivery and assessment outcomes for compliance and reporting.
Engagement and Support
Facilitate group discussions, answer participant questions, and engage adult learners effectively.
Provide professional guidance and support to real estate professionals during and after CPD sessions.
Selection Criteria
Essential Skills and Experience
Industry experience as a licensed real estate agent.
In-depth knowledge of NSW real estate practice and CPD requirements for licensed agents.
Proven experience delivering educational or professional development training.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills (online and in-person).
Ability to design assessments and evaluate adult learning progress.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Qualifications
Previous delivery of NSW Real Estate CPD courses.
Training qualifications (e.g., Cert IV TAE or equivalent adult education/trainer accreditation).
Have relevant experience in online delivery using Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle.
Ongoing commitment to continued professional development and can provide the associated documentation.
Excellent communication skills.
Student-centric approach.
Working Conditions
Course delivery may occur outside standard business hours (weekday evenings and weekends).
Sessions may range from small groups to larger cohorts (face-to-face or webinar format).
Flexible working arrangements with opportunities for repeat delivery each CPD cycle.
