Job Description
We’re a high-performance real estate investment team seeking a full-time Acquisitions Specialist to help us identify, analyze, and close profitable property deals. You’ll play a key role in driving company growth by finding opportunities, building relationships, and ensuring every transaction is executed efficiently.

Responsibilities
Analyze property values using comparable sales, data, market trends, and on-site evaluations
Manage the acquisitions pipeline and CRM daily to track leads, communications, and deal progress
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage property owners and qualify leads
Gather client information and pre-qualify prospects to streamline the sales process for our team
Provide regular updates on client status and deal progress to ensure smooth communication and timely closings
Serve as a liaison between buyers and sellers to facilitate win-win transactions
Qualifications
A strong passion for real estate and a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
1+ year of experience in acquisitions, real estate sales, or land acquisition preferred (but not required)
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent sales experience considered
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong phone and negotiation abilities

Commission-based position
First-year earnings potential: $50,000–$110,000
