Main Responsibilities:
Manage a book of work across various areas, including sales, purchases, leases, development, joint ventures, construction, and asset management.
Conduct title reviews, corporate support work, and provide reports on titles and leases.
Handle breach of lease covenants, service charges, dilapidations, boundary disputes, landlord and tenant business tenancies/notices, and planning compliance breaches.
Provide environmental due diligence in acquisitions and sales, lawful development certificates, planning agreements, and permissions.
