As a Real Estate Photographer, you will play a crucial role in helping our real estate agents and homeowners present their properties effectively to potential buyers.
Responsibilities
Capture high-quality photographs of residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal lighting and composition.
Edit and enhance images
Create engaging video tours and captivating Reels
Collaborate with real estate agents and homeowners to understand their vision and requirements for each shoot.
Maintain an organized portfolio of work to showcase your photography skills and style.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve your photography skills.
Manage scheduling and logistics for photo shoots, ensuring timely delivery of final images.
Photograph residential properties (interior and exterior) in a timely and professional manner
Edit and deliver high-quality, MLS-compliant photos within 24 hours
Capture video walkthroughs, Reels and drone footage
Travel to properties within Georgina, York Region, and surrounding areas
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate photography (portfolio required)
Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and lighting equipment
Ability to edit photos using Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar tools
Drone certification and equipment are a strong asset
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Excellent communication and time management skills
A keen eye for composition, detail, and natural lighting
