What you’ll do:
Be the face of our recruitment efforts, helping to attract new brokers, agents, and industry professionals.
Work directly with Etienne Mellor, one of the most experienced brokers in the game, to execute creative recruiting strategies.
Identify, engage, and nurture top talent in the industry.
Conduct outreach, schedule calls, and follow up with potential recruits.
Pitch the Mellor Group advantage with energy, clarity, and confidence.
Help us scale our unique culture, where visibility, mentorship, and innovation meet.

Pay: $16.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
