Role Overview
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive / Agent who is confident, persuasive, and driven to close deals.
This role is for someone who can understand client needs, build trust, and convert leads into site visits and bookings — not just someone who shares property details.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, etc.)
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties/projects
• Schedule and manage site visits with clients
• Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into bookings
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business & referrals
• Maintain lead data, CRM updates, and sales reports
• Stay updated with ongoing projects, pricing, and market trends
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closuresRequired Skills
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of sales process & customer handling
• Ability to convince, pitch, and close deals
• Confident personality with a go-getter attitude
• Comfortable with field work & client meetings
• Basic knowledge of real estate market (preferred but not mandatory)
