Sales Manager – Real Estate (Male Candidates Preferred)
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 2–4 years in real estate sales (mandatory)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals for residential or commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and drive sales of real estate projects
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, and site visits
• Build strong client relationships and provide excellent post-sales support
• Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and lead generation
• Guide prospective buyers through the buying process, including documentation
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on property market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements:
• Experience: 2–4 years in real estate sales (must have)
• Qualification: Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, client handling, and target orientation
• Other: Must be willing to travel for site visits and meetings

Salary: As per industry standards + attractive incentives
Schedule: Day shift, 6 days working
Language: English & Hindi (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
