Swingers – the crazy golf club is currently looking for a Reception Captain to join the opening team of our new flagship in Las Vegas!
Our venue takes mini golf, cocktails and gourmet street food to create a new social experience that we call ‘crazy golf’. Our theatrical venue reimagines the 1+20s British countryside and features three +-hole crazy golf courses packed full of obstacles and challenges, that will both delight and challenge our guests in equal measure! The party continues as you discover that the Carnival has come to town with vintage decor, vibrant lights, and nostalgic sideshow games, each designed to spark joy and friendly competition. Luckily, we bring our guests cocktails while they play to keep them refreshed…

The role:
By consistently demonstrating their advanced job abilities through their actions, Reception Captains provide a high level of support to the leadership of the department. Reception Captains act as liaisons between management and the hourly team of the reception department: providing real-time communication and helping navigate any potential staff or guest issues as first responders. They proactively support their colleagues by seeking out where their guidance is needed, never waiting to be asked. The reception team are the hub of the venues, they set the tone and pace for the guest experience through great communication and are the first people to meet and greet our guests. In addition, they will regularly fulfill the duties of any other role in the department.
Our perfect candidate has:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume environment in the hospitality industry
• Hotel reception/front desk experience is preferred
• Over the age of 21
• TAM Certification
• SNHD Health Card Certification
• Eligible for a Non- Gaming Sherriff’s Card
• Food handling certification
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company
• The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard
• The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
