Responsibilities: Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain classroom routinesManage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.Adapt quickly to different school settings, building rapport with students and staff while adhering to school policies.Assess and support pupil progress, providing feedback and guidance, even during short-term placements. Requirements: PGCE, QTS, or HLTA Level 4 qualifications.Experience working with primary school students.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt to various teaching environments and work effectively with diverse student populations.Flexibility and willingness to work on short notice.
