The business started in 2013 and our focus is providing our clients with the best experience possible. We are looking for a receptionist who is motivated and forward-thinking to join our team.
This key role is the face of our business. We require an enthusiastic and customer-motivated individual who has a polished presentation. Must have a strong ability to multitask with attention to detail. Computer experience essential - ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Your previous experience in reception/administration will be advantageous in gaining this role.
The workload is varied with responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Greeting clients, and maintaining the reception area and offices clean
Answer telephone calls
Booking client appointments / room hire
General administration functions
Manage mail data entry, stationery, and emails
Good housekeeping of files, precedents, and other correspondence.
Prepared to multi task and share responsibilities
To at all times have a commitment to excellence that gains client confidence and satisfaction

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
