This highly regarded professional services business require a Receptionist with executive assistant experience to join their welcoming team. Based Front of House, you will assist with office management duties alongside the provision of secretarial support to a team of Directors and Associates. Balancing meet and greet duties with the organisation of diaries, meetings and travel, this is an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist keen to take on more executive assistant duties.
You WILL need previous experience of diary, travel and meeting management and be used to managing clashes/changes to schedules.
