Qualifications
Fast growing financial planning and investment firm is looking for a warm and inviting Receptionist / Director of First Impressions
This extraordinary person would be extremely personable, charming, and detail oriented
They should exhibit the highest integrity and a reputation for putting the client first
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 10 years' experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant or equivalent in a professional setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
Three (3) professional references
Very personable and inviting
We want the clients to feel welcome and appreciated
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently while embracing team collaboration
Strong phone skills
Demonstrate superior customer service at all times
Ability to manage multiple projects at once with consistent follow-through
Displays exemplary professional communication skills (verbal and written)
Must be professional, courteous and dependable
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

Be primary on telephones and route calls accordingly
Greet Clients
Lite cleaning including trash, vacuuming and restrooms to maintain professional appearance
Make Cookies or warm muffins for prospect and client meetings
Hand write Thank You, Birthday, Anniversary and Get-Well cards daily
Prepare folders for meetings and seminars
Data Entry
Copying scanning, labeling and electronically filing documents
Maintain office supplies and place orders
Writing/updating policies and procedures weekly
Completing trackers weekly
Other administrative tasks as needed
