Duties/Job Description:
• Greet people coming into office.
• Direct them to the appropriate contacts or services.
• Provide general information in person and by phone.
• Perform clerical duties and maintain front desk security and security access lists.
• Operate a telephone system or switchboard to answer, screen and forward telephone calls, take messages and provide information as required.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Good, Clear and Effective Communication Skills
• Should be approachable
• Should have good communication & computer skills.
• Command on English language
Minimum qualification:
• A recognized Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of one years’ experience
Remuneration:
• At par with the Market
