Job Description:
· Greet and Welcome Visitors: Serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
· Manage Incoming Calls: Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner, taking messages and transferring calls as needed.
· Maintain Visitor Log: Ensure all visitors sign in and out, adhering to company security protocols.
· Schedule Appointments and Meetings: Assist in coordinating meeting rooms, scheduling appointments, and managing the company calendar.
· Handle Mail and Deliveries: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and manage outgoing shipments.
· Provide General Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, copying, and other clerical tasks as assigned by management.
· Maintain Front Office Cleanliness: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary supplies stocked.
· Assist with Inquiries: Address inquiries from clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and helpful manner.
