Job Description
Currently seeking a Receptionist for a great hospitality company in Sandy Springs, GA. This candidate will assist the CEO overall responsibility for the day-to-day HR administration of multiple clients, including correspondence, payroll processing and liaising with clients and employees. The role will also stand as a receptionist to the office. If you have a positive attitude, detail oriented, and can take initiative If you are person who is detail oriented and loves working with a team, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
• Administration work, Data that goes into payroll, lots of Admin, Onboarding/Offboarding
• Preparing addenda and letters when needed
• Corresponding in writing with clients, employees and external bodies
• Collating and filing personnel records
• Being responsible for other general HR administration duties as required
• Greet guests and manage visitor documentation
• Answer and transfer calls
• Distribute mail and faxes
• Manage office supplies
• Manage shipping of domestic and international packages
• Oversee organization of lobby
• Organizing company documents
• Assist other departments with special projects
• Manage and reserve conference rooms for the office
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong numeracy skills with attention to details
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
