Job Description
This is a challenging and often fast paced role requiring someone who is highly motivated and well organised presenting in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
As the first point of contact with customers, this is a key position within our organisation and duties are primarily focused on servicing phone and walk-in customers as well as providing administrative and clerical support to the administration and management teams.
Reporting to the WA General Manager this is very much a hands-on role for a self-starter and we envisage the successful applicant will be an experienced receptionist who is seeking a stable position in a dynamic team. Reception and/or administration experience, competency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential.
This role provides a great opportunity for the successful applicant to contribute to the overall success of the business.
