Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 16:30 PM Are you a friendly and organized Receptionist looking for a new opportunity? We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading construction company, for a receptionist to join their team on a busy construction site in Smethwick, Birmingham. As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a smooth flow of communication on site.
You will handle incoming calls, manage site access, coordinate deliveries, and provide essential admin support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and contractors, managing the sign-in process. Answer and direct calls professionally. Coordinate deliveries and liaise with site staff. Assist with general administrative tasks and maintain a tidy reception area. Support the team with scheduling and site access.
About You:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role. Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). A positive and proactive attitude.
