Attending Phone Calls at the reception area.
Receptionist Cum - Tele Caller
Welcoming Visitors/Customers.
Looking after the cleaning of Reception area.
Assisting Customers/Visitors with their queries.
Making Calls to the Customers as per the list provided by the Reporting Manager.
Marking and sending daily Attendance.
Preparing Daily MIS Report.
Maintaining decorum at the reception.
