Job Description
We are looking for a warm, well-spoken, and proactive Receptionist who can be the first point of contact at The Bear House office. You will be the face and voice of our brand for all walk-in guests and callers, while also providing essential administrative support to the internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional attitude
Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and direct them appropriately
Handle daily office tasks such as receiving couriers, scheduling appointments, and maintaining visitor logs
Coordinate with housekeeping and pantry staff to ensure office cleanliness and hospitality
Handle incoming and outgoing courier/mail and communicate updates to concerned departments
Provide administrative support to HR/Admin team and assist with basic documentation or filing
Maintain front office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Act as a bridge between departments when required for coordination or communication
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a receptionist or front office representative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi; Kannada is a plus)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Warm personality, polished appearance, and a proactive approach
Ability to handle multitasking and pressure with grace

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
