Job Description
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor, both in person and over the phone.
Schedule appointments and manage the hospital's appointment calendar efficiently.
Assist clients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
Verify client information and update records as needed in our practice management system.
Process payments for services rendered and manage financial transactions accurately.
Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front office.
Respond to client inquiries regarding hospital services, pricing, and appointment availability.
Assist with managing inventory of office supplies and veterinary products.
Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure excellent patient care and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in veterinary or medical office administration is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and vendors.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computerized systems, including practice management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compassionate and empathetic attitude toward clients and their pets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
