We are seeking a highly motivated Receptionist for an opportunity in El Dorado Hills, CA.
Job Description:
The primary purpose of this role is to operate a multi-position telephone switchboard and greet/direct visitors.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Receive all non-DID incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individual or department.
Display professional courtesy at all times and maintain a customer service attitude.
Attend during scheduled work hours.
Additional Functions and Responsibilities:
Perform other duties as assigned.
Support the organization's quality program(s).
Requirements:
Education and Licensing: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Six (6) months receptionist and/or switchboard experience or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred.
Skills and Knowledge: Excellent oral and written communication skills, PC literate with Microsoft Office products, strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
