Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and be able to work well under pressure. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests, process customer inquiries, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and provide a positive first impression.
Process customer inquiries in person, by phone, or email.
Complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Answer multiple phone lines and direct calls as needed.
Escalate issues to the designated resource when necessary.
Requirements:
Recent experience in a receptionist position is preferred.
Possess strong multitasking and organization skills.
Have a customer service mindset and be willing to go above and beyond for clients.
Work well under pressure and be able to adapt to changing situations.
Be willing to cross-train and take on new responsibilities as needed.
