There is a $1000 sign-on bonus for this position - $500 will be paid at the time of hire and $500 will be paid after 6 months in the role

Responsibilities
The Receptionist is responsible for providing premium customer service to every caller and guest of the agency
This position provides administrative/clerical support to the Individual and Family Support Department and provides administrative support for agency-wide projects
Receptionist/Front Desk Management - Answers incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner
Greets and assists guests as they come to the lobby
Notifies staff of deliveries, distributes faxes received and keeps lobby area neat and tidy
Incoming & Outgoing Mail - Prepares outgoing mail daily by +:30 am, and date stamps, separates and distributes incoming mail
Reports & Letters - Assists the IFS Department and Business Office with reports, letters uploading and tracking
Processes data entry into various platforms
Invoicing- Processes approved invoices for the agency received from the Business Office
Other Duties - Maintains the Receptionist Job Aid as needed to stay current at all times
May be asked to assist with other administrative tasks when asked by the Senior Office Administrator
Social Role and Client Rights - In house training at hire
New Hire Orientation - to include Bloodborne Pathogens, Back Safety, Safety Program, HR policies and HIPAA
Work Environment- Work environment is occasionally hectic with some periods of stress
Will periodically have short deadline(s) to complete a task

Community Bridges is looking for 1 full-time Receptionist
We are a non-profit agency founded in 1+82 with a mission to advance the integration, growth, and interdependence of people with developmental disabilities within their own communities. Building on the strengths of over 1,100 individuals in the greater Capital Area and their families, we work to identify barriers of access to find creative solutions to develop meaningful community engagement.
