Job Description
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly approach, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Handle and resolve queries with clear and polite communication.
Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Manage visitor logs and follow company security protocols.
Handle courier and parcel management—receiving, recording, and dispatching.
Assist with day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery, and pantry items; coordinate purchases when required.
Liaise with vendors for AMC, repairs, maintenance, and follow up for timely service completion.
Help schedule internal meetings, manage conference room bookings, and support company events.
Assist HR/Admin in new employee onboarding - arrange welcome kit, food, bouquet and desk allocation, biometric access etc.
Maintain administrative records, documentation, and attendance logs (if required).
Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the office premises.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly housekeeping schedules and monitor execution.
Conduct routine inspections of workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
Ensure cleaning supplies and consumables are well-stocked.
Coordinate with facility service providers and escalate maintenance issues as needed.
