people2people are seeking an experienced receptionist to work for an Accounting Firm based in Frankston, 31++ for a short-term temporary assignment.

Key Responsibilities

Taking incoming phone calls and message taking
Forwarding messages to staff members
Handle administrative tasks with efficiency
Collecting deliveries

About You

Excellent communication skills
Previous experience working as a Receptionist
Strong attention to detail and professional manner
