As the first point of contact for clients, lenders, and business partners, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and well-organized office experience.
Job Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner in a mortgage office setting
Answer and direct phone calls and emails related to mortgage inquiries
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for mortgage agents and staff
Maintain front-desk operations and overall office organization
Assist with basic administrative tasks, data entry, and file handling
Handle incoming and outgoing documents related to mortgage files
Support the team with day-to-day office coordination
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel; CRM experience is an asset)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Languages preferred: English, Punjabi and Hindi. (Urdu is a strong asset).
