Position Overview
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our practice runs smoothly, and that each patient has a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
This position requires availability three days a week (Thursday-Saturday) from 8AM to 4 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
Provide patients with information about our services, procedures and fees
Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
Maintain clear and effective communication with referrers to facilitate smooth operations and patient care
Desirable Criteria
Previous experience in a Administrative/Receptionist role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong customer service skills
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling patient information, billing, and administrative tasks
Professionalism: A well-presented and mature demeanour with the ability to handle confidential information
